Payments made by Credit Card for your orders from Oxo Global will be shipped within 7 working days.

For orders placed from Oxo Global until 15:00, your orders will be shipped on the same day, depending on service intensity and product stock status. (Orders placed after 15.00 will be shipped the next day)

Depending on the distance of your home-work address to the center, the courier company will deliver your order to you within 1-15 days.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Cargo companies work until 13.00 on Saturday. For this reason, do not forget that there is a possibility that the cargo deliveries planned to be delivered to your address on Saturday will be delayed until Monday.

Delivery is not possible on holidays, public holidays and Saturday/Sunday.

Your orders will be delivered to you by the contracted cargo companies with the guarantee of transportation. During the delivery of your cargo, if you see that your cargo is damaged, crushed, wet or torn, please attach a Damage Determination Report to the cargo officer and send the products back to us.

In case the products in Oxo Global are heavily demanded, instantaneous decrease/exhaustion may occur in the product stocks. If any of the products you have ordered is not available in stock, the relevant products are immediately procured and the delivery time of the products is notified to you by Oxo Global customer service. If the delivery time of the products is not accepted, the payment will be returned to your bank account/credit card.
