Oxo Global Shipping and Delivery

For orders placed with Oxo Global, payments made by credit card are shipped within 7 business days.
Orders placed by 3:00 PM are shipped the same day, depending on service demand and product stock availability. (Orders placed after 3:00 PM are shipped the following day.)

Delivery time by the shipping company may take 1–15 days depending on the distance from your home or workplace to the city center.
Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays are shipped on Monday.

Shipping companies operate until 1:00 PM on Saturdays. Therefore, please note that deliveries scheduled for Saturday may be postponed to Monday.

Deliveries cannot be made on holidays, official public holidays, or weekends.

Your orders will be delivered by our contracted shipping companies with a transport guarantee. If you notice any damage, crushing, wetness, or tears in the package upon delivery, please have the shipping agent complete a Damage Report and return the products to us.

If products available at Oxo Global are in high demand, stock levels may temporarily decrease or run out. If any of the products you ordered are not in stock, they will be procured immediately, and the estimated delivery time will be communicated to you by Oxo Global customer service. If the delivery time is not acceptable, your payment will be refunded to your bank account or credit card.
