Your personal data are processed according to the nature of your relationship with OXO Global and to the extent necessary for the relevant process. Not every data category is processed to the same extent for all users.

Membership and Distributorship Processes

Name, surname, date of birth, identity information, contact details, address, membership number, sponsorship and organization information are processed for the evaluation of the membership application, creation of the account, conduct of the distributorship relationship, and ensuring the accuracy of records.

These processes are based on the legal grounds that they are directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract and the fulfillment of legal obligations arising from applicable legislation.
