Direct Selling Authorization Certificate

OXO Global is one of the direct-selling companies operating with a Direct Selling Authorization Certificate issued by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey. The Direct Selling Authorization Certificate was issued to OXO Global Health and Beauty Limited Company on 02.07.2026 and is valid (MERSİS No: 0649116475100001).

With the Regulation on Direct Selling that entered into force on 8 August 2025, comprehensive rules for the direct-selling sector in Turkey were established, and companies wishing to operate as direct sellers must hold a Direct Selling Authorization Certificate issued by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.

This certificate is not merely an application form. Before authorization, the company’s financial structure, direct-selling system, compensation plan, products, and consumer-facing processes are evaluated against criteria set by the Ministry.

Key Requirements for Authorization

To obtain an authorization certificate, direct-selling companies must meet the conditions set out in the legislation and submit the required information and documents to the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.

The company must be a capital company.

It must have at least TRY 10,000,000 in paid-in capital.

It must hold TRY 3,000,000 in blocked assets at a bank resident in Turkey.

It must submit Trade Registry records showing the company’s formation and activity information.

Distributor earnings, bonus, and incentive calculations must be clearly presented.

It must submit financial information such as the current balance sheet and income statement.

It must notify the recommended retail prices of the products or services offered for sale.

It must establish the system needed to inform consumers and enable them to exercise their rights.

It must submit the required documents for products subject to licenses, permits, approvals, or notif

gerekmektedir.

The Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey reviews the information and documents submitted with the application and issues a Direct Selling Authorization Certificate to direct-selling companies that meet the required conditions.

A New Era Protecting Consumers and Direct Sellers

One of the core aims of the new regulation is to create a transparent, fair, and reliable structure in the direct-selling sector.

Under the legislation, direct-selling systems must be based on the sale of real goods or services that can be marketed to consumers. Promises of quick wealth, misleading earnings claims, and practices that turn the system into a pyramid scheme are prohibited.

Consumers in direct-selling transactions are also granted a 30-day right of withdrawal, and information obligations regarding product, price, delivery, and return processes are clearly regulated.
