Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

The conditions for returns and exchanges of products purchased through OXO Global are subject to the following terms and procedures, in accordance with the electronic sales agreement between the final owner of the product and OXO Global.

  • Returns must be made strictly with the original packaging/box and invoice.

  • The product requested for return must be resalable to another consumer in the same condition, and products purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set.

  • Withdrawal and return requests can be made within 14 days by emailing destek@oxoglobal.org.

  • Return requests submitted to the support desk will be responded to within 24 hours at the latest.

Return Procedure

For products eligible for return under the conditions described above, OXO Global will process the return according to the following procedure within 15 (fifteen) business days following the final consumer’s request, provided that the return conditions are met:

  • The refunded product(s) will have the “product price” reimbursed to you within 15 business days upon confirmation of approval.

  • The reflection of your refund in your account may vary depending on the processing times of the banks.
