This Privacy Notice sets out the principles regarding the processing of your personal data by Oxo Global (“Company”), located at:

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your identity and contact information, provided as a result of registering on our website (https://www.oxoglobal.org), are processed to allow you to benefit from the services within our e-commerce activities and to monitor and analyze business development projects carried out in this field.

2. Recipients of Processed Personal Data and Purpose of Transfer
The purpose of transferring personal data aligns with the purpose of processing. Our Company may share the collected personal data with institutions and organizations we cooperate with to carry out our activities, with individuals and institutions domestically or abroad if data is stored in the cloud, with domestic or international organizations contracted for sending commercial electronic messages, with public authorities upon request, and with relevant business partners.

3. Methods of Application to the Data Controller and Your Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to:
a) learn whether your personal data is processed or not,
b) request information if it has been processed,
c) learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
d) learn the parties to whom your data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
e) request correction if your data is incomplete or inaccurate,
f) request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
g) request notification of actions taken for third parties to whom data has been transferred in accordance with clauses (e) and (f) above,
h) object to any result arising against you due to automatic system analysis, and
i) request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

Our Company will process your requests as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days, with the first request free of charge. However, subsequent requests on the same matter or any additional costs required for the initial request may incur a fee. The Company may accept and process the request or reject it in writing, providing justification.

If a request made according to the procedure above is rejected, if the response is deemed insufficient, or if no response is given within the timeframe, you have the right to file a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”) within sixty (60) days from the notification of the response or, in any case, from the date of application. However, the complaint cannot be submitted without first exhausting the application process.

The Board shall conduct the necessary examination in its area of responsibility either upon complaint or upon learning of a violation. The Board will respond to relevant parties after examining the request. If no response is given within sixty (60) days from the date of complaint, the request is considered rejected. If a violation is confirmed as a result of a complaint or ex officio examination, the Board will order the data controller to rectify the legal violations and notify the relevant parties. This decision must be implemented without delay and no later than thirty (30) days from notification. The Board may decide to suspend the processing of data or transfer abroad if irreparable or impossible-to-compensate damages may occur or if the violation is clearly unlawful.
