PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM
1. PARTIES AND SUBJECT
The subject of this Preliminary Information Form is to inform the Buyer in accordance with the provisions of the Law and Regulations regarding the Contract between the Buyer and the Seller. In addition, the form includes the minimum mandatory information required under the Regulations.
The Buyer can follow the information regarding the Preliminary Information Form and the Contract through the “My Account” page linked to their membership and can update any changes through this page. A copy of the Preliminary Information Form and the Contract is available in the Buyer’s membership account and can also be sent by email upon request.
2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of implementation and interpretation of the Preliminary Information Form and the Contract, the following terms shall have the meanings stated below:
Buyer: The natural person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a Product or Service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes.
Ministry: The Republic of Turkey Ministry of Trade.
Bank: Licensed institutions established under Banking Law No. 5411.
OXO GLOBAL or Electronic Commerce Intermediary Service Provider: OXO GLOBAL Health and Beauty Limited Company, which operates the Platform where the Seller offers the Product/Service for sale and facilitates the conclusion of distance contracts on behalf of the Seller.
Service: Any consumer transaction other than the provision of a Product that is performed or promised in return for a fee or benefit.
Law: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer.
Cargo Company: Contracted cargo or logistics company that delivers the Product to the Buyer or returns it from the Buyer to the Seller or OXO GLOBAL during return processes.
Preliminary Information Form: The form prepared to inform the Buyer of the minimum requirements specified in the Regulation before the Contract is concluded or any offer is accepted by the Buyer.
Platform: The website www.oxoglobal.org and mobile application owned by OXO GLOBAL.
Seller: The natural and/or legal person, including public legal entities, who provides Products/Services to the consumer for commercial or professional purposes or acts on behalf of the provider.
Contract: The contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.
OXO GLOBAL Delivery Point: Agreed points such as merchant locations, cargo branches, and chain stores where the Buyer can easily receive purchased Products.
Product: Movable goods, real estate for housing or vacation purposes, and all kinds of intangible goods such as software, audio, video, and similar items prepared for electronic use.
Regulation: The Regulation on Distance Contracts.

4. PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION
4.1. The main features of the Product/Service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, unit, price) are available on the Platform and can be reviewed in detail there.
4.2. All amounts to be paid for the Product/Service (including all taxes, shipping costs, installment differences, total discounts earned from simultaneous purchases from open markets or other boutiques, etc.) are shown in the table below:

*Exceptions provided in the Contract and relevant legislation are reserved.
**The period specified is not a delivery guarantee but refers to the time the Seller delivers the Product to the cargo company.
4.3. The Product price is collected from the Buyer by OXO GLOBAL on behalf of the Seller under the “OXO GLOBAL Buyer Assurance.” By paying OXO GLOBAL, the Buyer is considered to have paid the Seller and will not have any further payment obligations. The Buyer retains the right to returns under applicable legislation.
5. GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Product/Service completely, in accordance with the characteristics specified in the order, and, where applicable, with warranty documents, user manuals, and other information and documents required by law.
5.2. The Product will be delivered by the Cargo Company to the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer within the promised delivery time and, in any case, not exceeding the legal period of 30 days, to the delivery address specified by the Buyer on the Platform. If the Seller fails to fulfill the obligation within this period, the Buyer may terminate the Contract. However, in sales where the Product/Service is prepared according to the Buyer’s request or personal needs, the delivery period may exceed 30 days. For Products/Services indicated as “Pre-Order” or “Made-to-Order,” the delivery period may exceed 30 days, and the Buyer cannot terminate the Contract for this reason.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1. For the application of the Contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the Buyer’s place of residence, in accordance with the values announced by the Ministry, are authorized.
