The return and exchange conditions of products purchased through Oxo Global are subject to the following terms and procedures in accordance with the electronic sales contract with the final owner of the product.

Return Policy

· Returns must be made with the original box/packaging and invoice.

· The product requested to be returned must be resoldable to another consumer in the same quality.

· Return request can be made by the final owner of the product within 14 days from the delivery date by sending an e-mail to support@oxoglobal.org.

· Return notifications made from the support desk are returned within 24 hours at the latest.

Products that cannot be returned

The products that cannot be returned are listed below due to the fact that the service has started and/or cannot be resold to another consumer in the same quality and quantity after the return.

· Consulting and brokerage services

· Technical support services

· Unpackaged, used, deformed products.

Return procedure

*Oxo Global applies the following return procedures within 15 (fifteen) business days following the end consumer request, provided that the above-defined return conditions are met for the products that comply with the return request described above.

*Returned product/products can be returned by the final owner of the product by sending an e-mail to support@oxoglobal.org within 14 days of the cargo delivery date. In case of receiving the confirmation notification, the "product price" will be refunded to you within 15 working days.
* The reflection of your payment to your account may differ according to the processing times of the banks.

Withdrawal from return request

The final consumer has the right to withdraw from the return request within 48 hours.
